Justin O’Rourke, better known as “Justino”, made his rock & roll debut with Johnny Rocker & The High Rollers in June of 2003. Justino was born and raised on the streets of Tijuana, Mexico, where he worked as a part-time saxophonist and pick pocket on the corner of Calle 1 and Ave Constitucion, outside of Adelitas (The Devil's Den). Johnny Rocker and Justino met one evening at Hipódromo de Agua Caliente the night of a police raid. Justino fled to the US with Johnny after spending a 2 days on the run, bringing his Tijuana influences with him. It isn’t uncommon see Justino surrounded by a group of beautiful ladies after a show. For these ladies, Justino has been kind enough to create "Justino's Fan Appreciation Program".
